Privacy and data choices

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information FindTheJob.today processes, why it is used, when outside services may receive it, and the choices available to visitors.

Last reviewed July 11, 2026

Information processed when you visit

  • Standard server and security logs, such as IP address, browser or device type, requested URL, timestamp, response status, and referrer.
  • Search and product interactions, such as the role, location, filter, page, or feature used.
  • Messages and contact details you choose to send to the operator.
  • Consent and advertising choices stored by a consent platform or browser when those services are enabled.

Resumes, career matching, and applications

FindTheJob.today does not require a resume upload to search jobs. Text entered into the career-match tool is minimized before processing and is used to return the requested result. Visitors should not enter names, email addresses, phone numbers, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information.

Application buttons open the original employer or listing source. The destination controls its own application form and privacy practices. FindTheJob.today does not receive that application unless a future feature states otherwise before submission.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We may use cookies, local storage, web beacons, IP addresses, and similar identifiers for security, saved-job preferences, audience measurement, fraud prevention, consent management, and advertising. Third parties, including Google, may place or read cookies or use identifiers as a result of ads or measurement on this site.

Google may use data from partner sites according to How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Where required, visitors are asked for consent through a Google-certified consent management platform before personalized advertising is served.

How information is used

  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
  • Measure which pages and features are useful and understand aggregate traffic patterns.
  • Remember local saved-job and filter preferences.
  • Respond to support, correction, legal, and privacy requests.
  • Comply with law, enforce site terms, and prevent abuse or fraud.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by hosting, content-delivery, security, analytics, consent, advertising, email, and AI infrastructure providers acting for the site. It may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell resumes or job applications.

Retention, security, and international processing

Logs and operational records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for security, measurement, dispute handling, and legal obligations. No online service can promise absolute security. Service providers may process data in countries with different data-protection laws, using the safeguards available to them.

Your choices and rights

Browser controls can block or clear cookies and local storage. Advertising choices may also be available through the consent message, Google’s ad settings, or applicable industry opt-out tools. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing.

Send a privacy request to [email protected]. We may need enough information to verify and locate the request, but never send passwords or identity documents unless specifically and securely requested.
