Role Overview

Your mission As a Working Student People Business Partner , you will take ownership of the end-to-end employee journey for our working students and interns, from recruiting and onboarding to personal and professional development, as well as transitions into permanent positions or offboarding. Our goal is to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the People Business Partner role. You will take on responsibility from an early stage, contribute to both operational and strategic initiatives, and develop a deep understanding of modern people management within a growing aerospace company.
