Together, we’re shaping the future of workplace communication.</div>We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Working Student to join our Market Narrative team. As a Working Student, you will get hands-on with content that real customers and prospects read and watch. You’ll learn how a B2B content operation works from the inside, including how we use AI in our daily work, and you’ll own real deliverables from day one. We offer a 20-hour/week fixed-term contract for approximately 1 year, and you would be based in our Chemnitz oder Berlin office. What you’ll be doing <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">You translate and adapt content between English and German so it reads naturally, not like a translation</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">You use AI tools such as Claude to speed up research, drafting, translation, and quality checks, always with human review</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">You publish and maintain content in Storyblok, our CMS</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">You write and edit German-language copy</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">You occasionally support our PR work, such as global press releases and research announcements like our Forrester study</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">You keep our knowledge base fresh by updating and improving the sources that inform it</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">You contribute to the monthly content roundup of the Communicorn Compass</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">You edit videos for content and social use</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">You support the team with research, proofreading, and quality checks on content</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">You learn how a content and PR team plans, creates, and publishes at scale, and how the two work together to shape a brand’s story</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">You learn how to use AI tools like Claude responsibly and effectively in content work</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">You learn how content gets structured and optimized for search and AI-driven discovery</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">You get mentoring from an experienced team while working with a CMS and editorial guidelines in a fast-moving tech company</li> </ul> What you need to be successful <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Excellent German and English language skills - both written and spoken</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Confident writing in German, plus the ability to review and edit text in both languages</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Bonus: working knowledge of French and/or Spanish</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Video editing skills (iMovie or similar)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Genuine interest in marketing, content creation, or writing</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to jump in and figure things out</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">You’re enrolled at a university (any subject; we care about interest, not major)</li> </ul> What you'll get  <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Learning Curve - as a Working Student at Staffbase, you’ll be fully integrated to the team and gain valuable experiences that help you to foster your future career.
