Let’s go!</p> <p> </p></div><p><strong>Your mission</strong> </p> <p>You drive the day-to-day coordination of complex audits, examinations, and remediation tracking across Information Security, ICT risk, TPRM, and operational resilience. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of evidence collection, ensuring every request, decision, and finding remains perfectly traceable and audit-ready. By supporting domain owners and executing a highly controlled intake process, you will ensure our leadership has timely, accurate information for critical decisions and risk escalation.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Engagement & Evidence Workflow Management:</strong> Operate the daily intake process for new engagements and evidence requests. Coordinate directly with domain and control owners to collect, organize, and quality-check evidence for completeness and version control against agreed internal deadlines.</li> <li><strong>Audit Portfolio Administration:</strong> Maintain the centralized audit calendar, engagement register, and findings inventory. Ensure precise tracking of scope, owners, requests, dependencies, and current status across all regulatory and internal assurance activities.</li> <li><strong>Documentation & Auditor-Facing Preparation:</strong> Prepare high-quality evidence packs, response trackers, meeting agendas, action logs, and status reporting. Ensure all submissions to auditors, regulators, and management are accurate, secure, and properly approved by domain owners.</li> <li><strong>Remediation Tracking & Control Integration:</strong> Track remediation plans and final closure evidence, identifying overdue or incomplete actions early. Partner with control-testing teams to coordinate the reuse of relevant evidence and proactively escalate delivery risks to the Audit Management Lead.</li> <li><strong>Process Optimization & Tooling:</strong> Administer the agreed workflow within existing GRC, ticketing, and collaboration tools. Consistently apply the audit-governance process while identifying safe opportunities to automate repetitive administrative work and reduce avoidable evidence rework.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who you are</strong></p> <ul> <li>4–7 years of relevant experience in audit coordination, technology risk, information security GRC, regulatory compliance, control assurance, or structured programme management.</li> <li>Proven track record of managing competing deadlines, handling sensitive information with sound judgement, and confidently following up with cross-functional stakeholders to drive action.</li> <li>Strong understanding of audit evidence standards, control documentation, and the findings management lifecycle within a regulated environment.</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of DORA, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or third-party risk management is highly beneficial.</li> <li>Excellent organization, attention to detail, and written communication in professional English (German is
