Prospects want Staffbase to fit into their system landscape, their processes, and their way of working, and that is where deals are won or lost. As a Senior Solutions Architect, you are the technical authority behind these deals in Europe. You validate what is feasible, design the architecture, and prove it with a working showcase. Then you hand it over to our Build team so it becomes a production solution. You'll work closely with Solutions Engineers, Account Executives, and Build, and you'll have a direct impact on how we win our most complex opportunities.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Joining strategic and technically complex opportunities in Europe early in the sales cycle, and support Solutions Engineers and Account Executives with solutioning, positioning, and technical credibility at executive and IT level</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
