Role Overview
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our product team. We hire senior PMs at the company level and place you where your strengths and our biggest bets meet - the revenue-cycle workflows practices run every day, the data and integration platform beneath them, our financial products, or the AI agents now working across all of it. About Nelly We are building the AI-Driven Financial Operating System for European healthcare, solving the biggest challenges for patients and practices. We create what no bank or software platform can handle. Our all-in-one platform transforms chaotic administrative processes into intelligent, automated workflows, from patient care to billing to next-generation payments. Because we truly believe: healthcare should be less about paperwork and more about people. Why? Because Europe is facing a massive shortage of medical professionals. And if we don't rethink the way practices work, the system won't be able to keep up. With our Series B funding of over €50 million from world-class investors, we are turning our vision into reality. What sets us apart: We work with the best team, which is why we give everything together every day. We believe in Talent Density, because exceptional people make everyone around them better. At Nelly, we move fast and expect everyone to keep up. Stagnation isn’t an option, which is why we invest heavily in growth. AI is an essential part of how we work at Nelly. We expect you to use it every day and give you everything you need to do so. You get trust and ownership and we expect you to speak up, even when it's uncomfortable. Joining us, you will: Own a product domain end to end: its strategy, metrics and roadmap, tied to real practice value and to how Nelly makes money Run mixed-method discovery and turn it into sharp, sequenced bets you can defend Proactively find the problems worth solving in and around your domain, size them, and build the case to prioritise them Drive prioritisation and delivery with engineering and design — the trade-offs, the milestones, the scope calls Hold an end-to-end model of your domain and be a credible partner to engineering on it Build alignment across functions and with leadership. What you'll bring: Agency. You go after the problems that matter most, including beyond your immediate scope, rather than waiting for a roadmap to land on your desk Comfort in a high-velocity environment. You move fast, make bold but reversible calls, and challenge early and directly, including upward Business-outcome orientation. You're genuinely data-driven: you can name the metric each project moves and let evidence, not gut feel, drive prioritisation Technical fluency. You reason confidently about APIs, data flows and how systems fit together, and you're a credible partner to engineering You build with AI. You use AI to move faster: prototyping to pressure-test an idea, taking a first pass on the analysis or the spec yourself, shipping the small things directly - so your time goes to judgment and the decisions that move the product. As building gets cheaper, deciding what to build well becomes the job Experience in data-heavy environments: data products, pipelines, and instrumentation you treat as first-class Strong communication. You cut complexity for any audience, including leadership, and hold alignment across teams 5+ years of product management experience Professional fluency in German (C1+) and English. You'll work with practices, partners and internal teams in both, every day. Even better if you have: Built and shipped AI products and not just used AI tools, but shaped how a product learns and improves (evaluation, feedback loops, agent and tool design) Worked with financial or payment products, and the regulatory and risk questions that come with them Built or owned interfaces with external partners and providers — the APIs, integrations and third-party relationships they require Built B2B SaaS in a regulated or less-digital vertical, healthcare especially. Our Interview Process: Recruiter screen - get the know Nelly Product craft interview with one of our Product Managers Case study interview with hiring manager Office visit - interviews with stakeholders and product What we offer: Deutschlandticket (public transport pass covering all of Germany) or Swapfiets membership, so you get around the city fast Urban Sports Club membership, for sport and balance Flexible working hours and a hybrid setup Up to 4 weeks of workation A dog-friendly office with great vibes and a team that's fun to work with Snacks and a fridge full of cold drinks We welcome applications from people of all genders and backgrounds, regardless of origin or age. If you're convinced you're the right fit for this role - even if your CV doesn't match the requirements 100% - tell us why. Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
