In a time of rising threats, STARK is bolstering the technological edge of NATO Allies and their Partners to deter aggression and defend Europe—today.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Your Mission</strong></span><br>Drive seamless end-to-end order processing—from entering order data into the ERP system to final product delivery—while ensuring high customer satisfaction and maintaining precise logistics standards. As <strong>a Senior team member</strong>, you will play a key role in building and structuring end-to-end operational processes from scratch, establishing clear workflows and best practices to drive scalability and efficiency.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Process Design & Implementation: Build and standardize customer operations and order-management workflows from the ground up, identifying efficiency gaps and establishing scalable SOPs.</li> <li>Operational Leadership: Drive the continuous improvement of internal systems and tools, setting up robust frameworks for cross-functional alignment between Sales, Logistics, and ERP architecture.</li> <li>Sales Order Creation & Validation: Independently enter, review, and process incoming customer orders in the ERP system.</li> <li>Order Fulfillment Monitoring: Oversee the entire order lifecycle within the ERP system in close coordination with warehouse and logistics teams.</li> <li>Customer Service & Communication: Proactively support domestic and international clients regarding delivery schedules, order modifications, and commercial inquiries.</li> <li>Claims & Credit Note Management: Handle customer complaints, coordinate issue resolution with cross-functional teams, and issue credit notes.</li> <li>Trade Terms & Logistics Compliance: Apply appropriate Incoterms and ensure adherence to contractual delivery conditions throughout execution.</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Required Skills</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Senior-Level Experience: Proven track record of building and optimizing customer operations or supply chain processes from scratch in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Education: Completed commercial training or apprenticeship (e.g., in industrial trade, wholesale, or foreign trade) or an equivalent qualification.</li> <li>Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in internal sales, order management, or customer service.</li> <li>Technical & Domain Expertise: Practical experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP SD, Microsoft Dynamics) and a solid understanding of Incoterms.</li> <li>Key Competencies: Strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, reliability, and the ability to work independently.</li> <li>Languages: Business fluency <strong>in German and English </strong>(both written and spoken) to support national and international clients.</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Equal Opportunity:</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">At Stark Defence, we are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing team.
