Role Overview

EPHIA is a continuing education platform in aesthetic medicine for licensed physicians and dentists. We combine LÄK-certified online courses with supervised hands-on training in Berlin-Mitte, all on our own platform. Our approach is "Ethik & Business": we support physicians from their first botulinum course all the way to running their own practice. That means sound medical training, real entrepreneurial know-how and a clear ethical stance. We are profitable and not venture funded. So far all our growth has been organic, through word of mouth and a strong brand in the physician community. After a successful launch of our first location in Berlin, we now want to grow across Germany. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead this growth. You will work directly with the founders, and over the next one to two years you will grow into the CMO role. Tasks Set up performance marketing on Meta from scratch and scale it: tracking, creatives, testing and budget allocation Own SEO for our plattform technical SEO, content strategy and rankings for course and topic searches Build email marketing and CRM: newsletters, lead nurturing and automated funnels from first interest to course booking Plan and run the marketing launch for new locations in Germany Define KPIs, build dashboards and steer by CAC, conversion rate and ROAS Work with the founders on positioning, messaging and growth priorities Coordinate with our social media content creator and external partners Keep all communication compliant with the Heilmittelwerbegesetz (HWG) and the professional codes for physicians Over time, build the marketing team and own the marketing strategy as CMO Requirements 3+ years in marketing, including hands-on experience with Meta Ads and SEO A track record of measurable growth, ideally in a startup or small, fast-growing company Experience with email marketing, CRM and marketing automation tools Strong analytical skills (GA4, Tag Manager, Meta Conversions API, Search Console) A builder mindset: you like to set things up yourself before you hand them off Vibecoding skills are a big plus : you build landing pages, tools or automations with AI coding tools Fluent German and very good English (target audience is german speaking) Experience in healthcare, education or another regulated industry is a plus Hunger and ownership: you want to grow with us into a leadership role Willingness to come to Berlin regularly for team events and to attend some of our courses in person Benefits A strong brand and an engaged community to build on, with paid channels still untouched A clear path to CMO within one to two years A future equity package that gives you real ownership in a profitable company Direct collaboration with the founders and short decision paths Growth without investor pressure, because we are profitable and entirely founder owned Remote work with regular team events in Berlin Freedom and budget to build the marketing setup your way A product with a purpose: making aesthetic medicine more ethical and more professional We look forward to hearing from you.
