Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Development Engineer to support the development, improvement, and technical ownership of our product portfolio. In this role, you will work closely with customers, suppliers, Product Management, Procurement, and Operations to develop innovative solutions and enhance product performance. Key Responsibilities Own technical specifications and product performance. Drive new product development projects through stage-gate processes. Identify product improvements based on customer feedback and market trends. Evaluate and validate new materials, technologies, and manufacturing processes. Conduct customer trials and provide technical support during product testing. Maintain technical documentation, specifications, and product databases. Support patent activities and strategic technical initiatives. Develop training materials and deliver technical training for Sales and Service teams. Collaborate on projects and process improvements. What We're Looking For Master's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Development, R&D, Manufacturing, Product Management, or Technical Support. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluent English communication skills.
