Role Overview

We are looking for a People & Culture Manager to build our people function. You will work directly with the Founder and own hiring, HR processes and people operations. This is your unique challenge to build a culture that combines new technology with the world of operations. Aufgaben Build out our P&C function from scratch. Humble, low ego , not afraid to get your hands dirty. Multiple years of experience in People and Culture . You are an all-rounder with experience across all P&C areas : hiring, people ops, and everything around it.
