<p><strong>About Team & About Role</strong></p> <p>Rubrik’s German Enterprise team protects the data of the country’s leading companies against ransomware, insider threats and operational disruption, and there’s never been a better time to be part of it. Cyber resilience has moved to the top of every CISO and board agenda, and Rubrik is leading that conversation. As a Major Account Executive, you’ll own a small portfolio of Rubrik Germany’s most strategic accounts: DAX-listed groups and global industry leaders. Some are already customers, many are not yet. This is a hunting role at the very top of the market, with the deal sizes, visibility and earning potential that come with it.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Win new business across your accounts, from net-new logos to new divisions, subsidiaries and use cases within existing customers.</li> <li>Generate your own pipeline through executive outreach, account mapping and multi-threading across buying committees of 20+ stakeholders.</li> <li>Lead complex, long-cycle deals from first conversation to signature, using MEDDPICC to qualify rigorously and forecast accurately.</li> <li>Make cyber resilience a C-suite priority by connecting Rubrik’s platform to NIS2, DORA and the real cost of downtime.</li> <li>Co-sell with leading partners, global system integrators and hyperscalers to open doors and speed up decisions.</li> <li>Work hand in hand with your dedicated Solutions Engineer, and help shape the Majors playbook as the team grows.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience You’ll Need</strong></p> <ul> <li>Extensive enterprise technology sales experience, ideally in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data protection or enterprise SaaS.</li> <li>A proven track record of winning new business in DAX-listed or comparable multinational enterprises. This role is about creating new business, not just managing or renewing existing relationships.</li> <li>Evidence that you source your own pipeline: you can show what share of your closed business you generated yourself.</li> <li>Experience negotiating complex, multi-stakeholder deals at C-level (CISO, CIO, CFO).</li> <li>Fluent or native German and professional English.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>MEDDPICC or a similar structured sales methodology.</li> <li>Established relationships in the German partner ecosystem.</li> <li>Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, automotive, manufacturing or critical infrastructure.</li> <li>Familiarity with backup, data security or cyber resilience solutions.<br><br></li> </ul> <p>#LI-CH2 #LI-remote</p> <p> </p> <p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><h2>Join Us in Securing and Accelerating the World's AI Transformation</h2> <p>Rubrik (RBRK), the Security and AI Operations Company, leads at the intersection of data protection, cyber resilience, and enterprise AI acceleration.
