Your role as Founding Engineer - Robotics Swiss Army Knife You will work on-site in Munich designing, building, and deploying versatile robotic systems that handle a wide range of integration challenges for autonomous manufacturing. This permanent, full-time position requires 40 hours per week with a 6-month probation period. What you will do Develop and integrate hardware and software solutions across diverse robotic platforms. Deploy production-ready automation systems for real industrial environments. Collaborate closely on core architecture to scale manufacturing applications. Requirements Proven experience in robotics engineering, systems integration, or a closely related technical field. Practical background working with both hardware and software components in production settings. Strong foundation in building scalable robotic solutions.
