You will join our dynamic Flight Operations team dedicated to demonstrating, testing, and deploying high-performance autonomous platforms. In this role, you will bridge the gap between engineering development, flight testing, and high-visibility field operations across national and international settings. YOUR MISSION Your mission is to fly our multirotor platforms flawlessly under real-world, high-visibility conditions, at home in Germany and internationally, showcasing product capabilities to internal stakeholders, partners, and customers. WHAT YOU WILL DO AT STARK <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Execute precision demonstration flights of multirotor systems during live customer presentations and operational trials.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Conduct rigorous flight testing of hardware, firmware, and software updates in controlled and field environments.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Manage flight planning, risk assessments, airspace clearances, and regulatory compliance for all flight operations.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Deploy nationally and internationally to support high-stakes field trials, trade shows, and customer demonstrations.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Perform pre-flight inspections, system checks, and post-flight data collection to ensure airworthiness and safety.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Collaborate with engineering teams to provide structured flight logs, technical feedback, and operational performance insights.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Maintain flight safety standards, emergency protocols, and continuous improvement procedures for all mission profiles.</li> </ul> WHAT YOU BRING TO THE MISSION <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Extensive flight experience and valid remote pilot certifications for UAV multirotor systems (e.g., A1/A3, A2, STS/SORA equivalents).</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Proven track record of manual and automated flight testing or live product demonstrations.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Strong technical aptitude and understanding of UAV hardware, flight controllers, ground control software, and telemetry systems.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Willingness to travel frequently for national and international field deployments and customer demonstrations.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">High composure under pressure, professional communication skills, and an uncompromising safety-first mindset.</li> </ul> NICE TO HAVE <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">FPV piloting experience.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Background in military UAV operations or the defence sector.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Additional languages relevant to international demonstrations.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion">If you're interested in building the future of European Defence with us, and you see yourself reflected on the description above, please send us your CV in English.
